DANIEL ROCHE

We are thrilled that thirteen-year old Daniel is supporting the campaign. 

Born in November 1999, Daniel is best known for playing Ben in the BBC One sitcom, Outnumbered, alongside Ramona Marquez and Tyger Drew-Honey.

He has also starred in Just William and as Lawrence in CBBC drama, Dani’s House.

We are delighted that he has agreed to read the 13 winning letters and respond in a letter to be printed in the Times.


 

We’re delighted that several well-known authors are helping us to promote Thirteen in 13, many of whom also started writing as teenagers.

Cathy has written a range of books for younger readers, including the popular series 'Daizy Star' and 'The Chocolate Box Girls'. Chris Bradford 

Writer of the fictional series ‘Young Samurai’, Chris has also had a successful career as a songwriter, working with musicians such as Iain Archer of Snow Patrol and performing with James Blunt at the Notting Hill Carnival. Francesca Simon
